The pictures and designs on our ceramic coasters are permanently sublimated on and will not fade or peel off. These coasters are top shelf dishwasher safe. These ceramic coasters are a GLOSSY ceramic on the top and matte on the bottom. We do add on rubber feet at no additional charge. If you would prefer no rubber feet added to the base, please leave a comment while ordering. DO NOT DROP! We inspect all coasters before being sent out for top quality! Please note that some of the images shown on the listing are digitalized and shown as a mock up. The actual look of the products can differ slightly as each item is handmade. Due to computer monitor settings and screen resolutions, the colors on the coasters may vary slightly. All coasters are handmade and will be unique and may have minor imperfections. Exact placement of graphic or photo may vary. Size of the design may vary or placement of the design compared to mockups.
✨If there is an issue with your mugs or coaster(s) upon receiving, please contact us ASAP to determine the best course of action to take to resolve the issue. We want you to start enjoying your coaster ASAP! If there is a problem with shipping, the claim will need to go through the shipping carrier, as the product is out of our hands after shipping. We are not responsible for shipping or holiday delays. If there is an error on our part, the item will need to be returned to us to be inspected for future quality controls. Prior authorization is required. A return shipping label will be sent upon approval and item must be packaged in comparable packaging to which it was received. Only returns requested within 24 hours of receiving your order will be accepted.
📌Do you need a large order? Single print or multiple styles, we can make 1 to 100+ for your hobby or growing small business, wedding, anniversary, or any other party. Larger orders may be packaged differently than small orders. We will package the orders for the safest transportation of the product in order to prevent damage. Larger orders may require a longer time frame. Please contact before ordering for estimated time on large orders or any details.
